Honestly the silver isn't doing it for me. Maybe white and do the tonneau cover on the bed white also?
Maybe if the red was darker and metallic the silver would work?

Kinda what I was thinking the two tone really doesn't fit on this car. Oh well I will just put it in the pool and start over I've got plenty of time. Thank you skip

Yeah I agree with Skippy, White for the center body line with a white tonneau cover....

Mike, I wouldn't say that body doesn't entertain a two tone, but those exact colors just weren't popping together.

I'm going with aftermarket wheels and an aftermarket engine as well Santa is going to have himself a little hot rod when I'm done with this one.  I've already did a little cutting to make room for the bigger tires.  |

I think once I strip the other paint back off it I'm going to just paint it red honestly it looked really good just red

Good choice of ute i think Mike, i also think 2 tone does work on this body, (check my gallery, page 2 ), red with white insert and cover, or even white with red insert,
i think will either work very well, especially for this theme.
Look forward to seeing which way you end up going.

Mikey make the white seen above red and make the red seen above white and I think you'll have something ALTHO, if you paint it as it is, but make the red really bright might have something too!

As I was reading the updates here I was also thinking all white with a thin red line on top of a thin green line. Maybe not too thin.

No I never painted it yet what color that's still on the body is what I couldn't get off it so I sanded it down smoothly. Very good idea iceman green or a red stripes that would look really good

Thank you sir I'm kicking around the idea of giving her a white coat and either green or red racing stripes. Or possible just painting it white and giving it red interior and read tonneau cover
