Went for a cruise with some friends, i don't think you guys would know some of these muscle baby's. Green XU1 Torana... 202 6 cly with a Turbo, .... black one is another XU1 BUT WITH A 308 v8, (way not factory),... back one is an XA Falcon Mad Max replica. Front one is a Holden HQ monaro with a 350, the white one is my 66' VC Valiant with a 360, The green one is an Aussie Charger with a 360, and the rear one is a Torana SLR5000, but this one runs a 350 chev. ( factory was a 308 5. litre.) enjoy.

Paul, when we went on this cruise, the Mad Max Falcon was following me, there is nothing like ,seeing this thing in your rear view mirror as you drive through the hills, it was one sight i will never forget.
John, the 308 was produced in Australia by Holden, ( Aussie GM )for our own range of cars ,as we had to import the chev, our engine was smaller and lighter, so suited our smaller car range better.
Mr Beast, sorry mate, the news is all bad, No Aussie cars are produced in plastic, there are a couple of resin versions of the Monaro's and Torana's getting around, but they just don't look right to me. They are however, available in Di-cast, which does not excite me at all.
cheers, Dale

Looks like a fantastic day bud - thanks for a view from around the world. Muscle car lovers are just that, no matter the car, no matter the muscle, we love em! Makes me think I should put up the car show we hosted this summer with the MWCPD - had a bunch of rides you would probably flip for! But thanks for sharing, glad you are able to enjoy days like these!!
