Jesse the engine ought to look AWESOME when shes all hooked up. using just the block or the trans/diff. set up too?
The interior is killer, turned out great for what you said ya done to it........

I bought some 1/32" wide chrome pinstripe tape awhile back. If the clear is dry before I go to sleep I'll snap another pic.

Just a few small updates. Working on the suspension and got the interior together then popped it together for a look see.  IMG_20141026_045227 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr  IMG_20141026_045213 by ratrodfanbobcat, on Flickr I couldn't get it any lower because the oil pan I used from the Silverado has way to deep of a sump lol. I should've checked the out before gluing and painting it all. I still think it sits pretty well and will look OK, if I can actually finish in time. Thanks for looking fellas! |

I doubt I'll be done and have already paid the $25, but if by some off chance I get it done and can get it shipped out by Saturday I will and just donate the $25 fee. As of right now though, it ain't happenin lol.

Well fellas, I'm sad to say the Nova isn't with us anymore, well the body anyhow. I gave it a final coat of clear after wet sanding with 1500 grit and apparently my dog thought it smelled like it would taste good. Needless to say when I came in to check on it the body was in about 15 pieces and I was not happy. The dog got grounded to his kennel for awhile and scolded pretty good.
So now I have a body-less Nova and I'm upset as I was almost done and was gonna make it before the deadline. Just figured I should let you fellas know and thanks for all the great comments and compliments along the way.

I know the pain, our cat LOVES engines, chevy, mopar, doesn't matter - and the weird part is she never touches them until they are done as well. I actually have to lock them away, dam cat can even pull out drawers - too smart for her own good, Lol |
