Even though I appreciate all of the attention I've received on this Father's Day, I'd rather be building my models. There's the requisite visitors, and then we have to go out to dinner. Saturday was shot because of yard work and then washing two cars and waxing one. I did get in some parts painting today so I guess its not a total loss. Time to get dressed now. Happy papa's day to you fellow papas.

Don't ya just hate it when you are really in the mood to BUILD, but every time you think you want to do......... damn, the phone rings, or there is a knock on the door, people wonder why i'm happy to live on my own, but i am also happy when my son stays with me every weekend, we can do car stuff and also build side by side then. PERFECT!!  |

I know EXACTLY what you are saying Doc O! My Father's day consisted of mowing, changing the oil in the truck and the Pilot, then grilling for everyone. By 9pm, as I finally was able to plop in front of the TV, THEN I get text messages saying Happy Father's Day. Not much of a holiday if you ask me anymore, BUT let us forget Mother's Day just once, then it would be 4th of July all over again! LOL
