Thanks Hotrod..We will see. working on a veneer wood how to right now. Maybe next trip. never know. Ok moving right along. Yes..another trick from the box of the junkman.. Interior work starts.. How many of you guys like the old school color piping in the seats and around edge.. Welll...... Here ya go... Center of seat was done in Clothing patch material. Yes it is self adhesive.. Purple around seat is heavy sewing thread. Takes some time and glued fingers and such. But the effect is worth it.. start with a spot of super glue on one end. Attach it to seat where you want it. next use a tooth pick to run a bead of glue around one side you want piping. Run thread into glue and position. That is all. Do this for all parts one section at a time. Do not cut thread till you reach a joint or other end where you started. Next if you want color the material will give it an effect of cloth when dull coated. And a little old school stripping and good enough for me.. Now to dull coat// Next up coming soon.. Velour headliner..

Well just finally wrapped up the interior work.. Lots of purple... The dash , rear shelf deck, headliner and floor mats is done from velour sheeting. The shifter is one of the ball shifters I make. And you need the chain wheel for the lowrider cool.. And you always need tunes.. The chrome ringed speaker grille is another thing I am working on.. The rings can be used for alot of things as you can see. Shifter trim, speakers, small ones for gauge rings and more. A shot in car. Now onto engine...409 coming up..
