Hello guys! I wanted to share this with you because my son, Thomas 10 years old, is autistic. Even if this condition can add to the hardships of life, i wouldn't change him for anything in the world! Thomas is the most caring and generous little boy i know, always thinking about thsoe who have less than him. When he got the new DS console for Christmas this year instead of trading his old one in for mew games, he insisted on giving it to a kid who couldn't afford a Nintendo DS! Here he is after building his first model with his dad So support you local autism associations, light it blue tonight! Cheers!

There is a family at my church whose son has autism. He never speaks and always has to be next to them. He is seventeen. I can tell by their eyes without asking that its rough. He is very sweet and always has a smile though. That shows that his parents take time with him and show him love

Raising two girls has given me grey hair, stress, etc etc (All you daughter parents know what I mean) But you know what, my experiences are nothing to those parents with special needs children. I take my hat off to you all. You truely are, extraordinary people. There will be a blue light tonight in Joburg. Steve
