monogram 66 malibu 'street machine' and 'desert rat' 4x4 van

I believe I have one, unpainted, but I believe it has been started. Rims in the wheels stuff like that. I could pull it out and picture everything if you would like or if you dont find anything better.

Paul, i hear ya, have a few kit's i won't part with myself, lol.

kinda funny, i get building and then something will just trigger a memmory from my youth of kit's i built and then the hunt is on.....been lucky so far with a few odd ball/hard to get kits, guess i shoulda bought two of each back then and saved one of all of them, haha.

I will take pictures tomorrow and post ( tomorrow is my day off ) you can check it out and we can go from there.

Ok here we go. Now this was never my build, it came in a set of 12 kits that I bought locally. They were all suppose to be complete unstarted, in zip lock bags. Well a couple of them had been started this is one. Look closely at the pictures. The wheels have been assembled, the glass is in the car, the motor has been assembled. I noticed a fee things, one rear coil spring is missing as are the two down bars for the roll cage and I couldnt find the red tail lights. Everything else seems there and the only thing painted is they did a black wash on the grill and the taillight panel. Look closely at the roof, what ever cement he used to mount the glass bubbled the roof. An the box is pretty worn.

That said it is completely buildable and if you were looking to build it i would say go for it but this isnt a collectors piece. I did look on ebay and found a black one that has all the parts "new" that this one is missing. Together you could have one complete kit and one to hot rod. The call is yours my friend and just so you know ( if it makes it easier ) I would rather trade then swap money.
