thanks skip. i also have the vette, the rig and the 57 chevy on the bench.

they are super simple and very few parts. oh and BIG BIG fun   in fact the first model kit i ever owned was the 57 zinger waaaaayyy back in the early 70's.

Upgrade on the van tires was a definite plus! I've never done a zinger, but after seeing these, I may have to get one. I think I'd go for the semi, especially if it was a Stroh's truck (my favorite all time beer - tastes closest to the home brew my great grandfather made).

hey guys and dolls??? (do we have any female members?) here's some pix of the vette zinger and it's dam near finished, as soon as i find the rear bumperettes i'll wrap it up but for now...

this one actually came with the hemi that i'm using for the 57 and it in turn has the chevy v8 from the 57. the headers are also from the 57 as well as the front tires and rims the rest is OOB tho i did lower the rear ride height




and this pic shows the decals i tried to use, the other side desintigrated while i was tryin to coax it into place

I really like Zingers and have picked up a few, but don't have the '57 yet. I did manage to score the Super Zinger '57 Fuelie Vette though, just have to decide how I'm going to build it. In fact I haven't built any of mine yet, they're all still in their boxes.
