Yep - that be subtle alright. Like you said though, the sunshine makes a world of difference. I do like this shade of metallic purple though. A nice black or white super bee stripe on the back would be killer! Get it, killer..... BEE!! A Super Killer Bee!! HAHAHA - I made a little funny!! Not enough coffee yet this morning, sorry

Well, i tried something different again on the interior, as i am leaning more on the "street" side of the "pro-street" theme, so i did all the stitching on the seats in the body color.... As for Decals, i used 3 sets of white Superbee stripes and 2 sets of black, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of them broke up in the water, it's no wonder i hate the things and concentrate on paint instead.....

Holy crap - all those decals broke apart? THAT DOES SUCK MATE!!
I wonder if you have WAY more humidity than most, and if that has a detrimental effect on your decals.
Do you keep them sealed up in like a sandwich bag? I do that here, we get pretty hot at times, and humid as well. But I just wonder if your climate is wreaking havoc on your decals

Tom. there is no humidity here mate, they were old and the came with the second hand kit, so who knows how they were stored, then i got some from a close by friend, they broke, so then i broke the seal on my round2 dirty donny's Superbee, and they broke up in the water too.... thinking-hard-smiley-emoticon So it's back to NOT LIKING DECALS..... PS:, I store my left over decals in an old cake tin under the desk out of sunlight..

Heading into final assembly, but i have has as many fitment issues with a standard build as i do with a big custom build... might as well just cut into the buggers i think, Less trouble.. The dash was not even close to fitting, even though i had 3 of them, then the trans tunnel hitting on the interior tub, unevenly.... HOW HARD IS IT TO DESIGN A MODEL KIT THAT WORKS... Rant over....

"HOW HARD IS IT TO DESIGN A MODEL KIT THAT WORKS... " Man Oh Man have I said that a thousand times. That's what I like about the Revival early F1 kits, they may be a tough build but I haven't built one that didn't go together the way it was supposed to. I guess that's why they cost so much. Well even the model builder extraordinaire has problems like us lesser folks but you sure know how to get through them. Great color on this and killer engine. Good looking wheels. As Les said "Ya cant tell by looking that you had fit problems."

Lol. If we weren't all builders we wouldn't even know the challenges. Your finished products always look great. This is just another example. Can't wait for more pics.
