Thank you beast I really appreciate it. Got it stripped and washed going to let it dry and start putting some paint on her next weekend. also this is going to be my base color. Still undecided if I'm going to attempt a full blown camouflage paint job.

And so it begins. Still not sure what I'm going to call this one. But definitely some kind of military or special forces.

Have to figure out how to attract my rear-end as you can see in my first picture of my front suspension it lines right up with the screw holes lol so that part was simple enough.

The green looks good Mike, are you going to dechrome the bumpers and grille to go with it?

Yes sir going to be no chrome on this build at all unless my vale covers are chrome. My bumpers are grill will be flat black.

Not to shabby for guessing on my camouflage design . I'd like still go back in and add some more black to it but pretty happy with the outcome so far.

Wow, definitely moving right along on this one - looking great Mike! Yep, I agree, a little more black, not much, just a little. Especially since the grill and bumpers will be black - nice progress though bud, AWESOME!

Thank you gentlemen I greatly appreciate your kind words. So last night I got on firebird designs iIhappened to come across some very cool decals. Going to order them Friday I'm pretty sure. There military tribute decals I think that's what this build is going. Just have to get them and see how they will fit on it. Here's a picture of the decals.

I'd like to have an eagle on each door with the flag across the hood with the falling soldier tribute to each side of the flag. Then see wherewhere I can fit the branches symbols.

Trying to figure out how I want to do the rear compartment. Could use the top that comes with the kit or come up with some kind of roll cage type deal? Any suggestions.

If you have any parts from a Bigfoot kit ( the older ones ) they have a bed roll bar that might work

Thank you Paul but I'm more going for a roll cage in the form of the original top if that makes sense

Mike when I built this Bronco ( from the Nostalgic Drag set ) it came with a roll bar with 2 back bars that ran to the rear interior compartment and I found the same size plastic round rod and I made bars that go along the roof line on each side and down to the top of the dash , then a cross bar at the top of the windshield and had a roll cage ... here's a couple pics of it , kinda of hard to take when it's already built but hope this helps
