I'm with you on deadlines. I was going to enter some builds but my cars are not that great. I would rather just post in under construction and build them. As for contests I'm still just getting back into building models last year. Lots of the skills still need work and I'm doing little experiments mastering things I used to do. I figure I have a ways to go. My biggest build of all time is in the works. I plan to build what I know. It's going to be a completely detailed build of my 1 to 1 car, A 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger. It will be a completely detailed, fully plummed, wired, and major amounts of fabrication. In order to make that car I have to master my craft on lots of these builds I have now. When I am up to speed that car will be getting built.

Someone say something about a Hemi with a 6 pack hehe. I may have to move the brake booster but she should fit in place Looking killer. great idea with the hemi 6 pack. always feel funny doing this, but check this out. great article if your a mopar kind of guy. there is a picture about 1/2 way down....... a12mopar.com/yabb/YaBB.pl?num=1343094109and just slide that booster over. it should be in the same location as the non-poer brake master cylinder, but obviously its not. here are some great reference shots for you... www.mecum.com/lot-detail/HA0415-208399/0/1970-Plymouth-Hemi-Superbird/4-Speed/keeo going!! it gonna be a great addition to your shelf.

Personally my favorite is the first set. If it were all black, the second ones would look great.

I like the last set - maybe with some blackwash on them? You know, that tricky stuff guys here use to help "dirty them up - fill in the voids". ice uses it all the time on his engines. I have yet to buy me some of it, Tamiya smoke in a jar, BUT I will get some soon.

how's this one coming along? as for the wheels, the first ones or the stock ones for me. the vinyl top looks good. where did you order your decals from? I know another guy who is looking for 'bird decals. going to be a killer build with that 426+6bbl motor.
I know we are not rivet counters here, just something to put in the back of your head, 'birds came only with white or black interiors. really don't know why they do that. I want to do a red on red 'bird. painting the interior light tan would be fine with me.
