thanks Tom and Stitch the plug boots are just small pieces of insulation stripped off a larger gauge wire.

ok folks, this one is a wrap. didn't turn out exactly like i pictured but i'm 7/8 happy with it. the 1/8 being that the custom made hood hinge doesn't line up now :/ here's a teaser enjoy
